Teresa Beschman is the volunteer webmaster for First Baptist Church of Mt. Healthy, a community near Cincinnati, Ohio. The E-zekiel Web site she developed for the church had used one of E-zekiel’s stock designs. But the Tweak service gave her the opportunity to try something more personal.

“We wanted to be able to use our own pictures and our own logo,” Teresa said.

One of the pictures turned out to be that of a paintball player in action – which was something she did not find in the stock design selections.

“We have a very active paint ball ministry,” Teresa said. “People will call and ask, ‘Are you the paint ball church?’”

They have about 25 acres of land around the church, and every Saturday from May until the beginning of November, she explained, “We open it up to anyone who wants to come and play.”

Now that the new Tweaked design is incorporated, she’s had good feedback, she said, “especially because everybody seems to know the people in our masthead.”

Overall, the Tweak process went well for her. “It was shorter than I thought it was going to be. I was really impressed by that,” Teresa said.

Her usual experience of working with a company is that it’s complicated, requires many phone calls and takes a long time. With the Tweak service, Teresa explained, “I said here’s what we’d like to do. They said okay. Three days later here it was.”
